Overview
Raccoon is the dedicated thief pet in Grow a Garden 2. It sneaks out at night to steal fruit from unguarded gardens autonomously and gives a permanent +25 steal limit bonus that is active whenever Raccoon is equipped, regardless of whether it is actively stealing.
Raccoon is Super rarity with a 0.24% wild spawn chance and costs 360 Robux (1x), 1,080 Robux (3x), or 3,600 Robux (10x). Whether Raccoon can steal while the owner is fully offline, the cooldown between steal attempts, and how it interacts with defensive pets such as Bee or the Gnome gear are not yet documented. In GAG1, Raccoon caused an economy-breaking duplication exploit and was Divine rarity; in GAG2 it is Super rarity and uses a direct steal mechanic.

Big and Huge Raccoon in GAG2
Raccoon can rarely spawn with a pet mutation. Grow a Garden 2 has two pet mutations — Big Raccoon and Huge Raccoon — a rare appearance change that boosts the pet's effect. The Big mutation roughly doubles a pet's passive boost (for example a normal Bunny gives +5 speed, a Big Bunny +10), and Huge is even rarer. The exact spawn odds are very low and unconfirmed, and the exact Huge Raccoon values are TBA.
